Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Made-to-Order Items

Some products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed. These items will be clearly identified as Made to Order on the product page.

Made-to-order items generally require 7–14 business days to manufacture before they are shipped. Actual production times may vary slightly depending on order volume or material availability.

If a made-to-order item experiences an unexpected delay, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Shipping transit times are provided by the carrier and are separate from our order processing times.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders within the timeframes listed above, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Combined Orders

If an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.
