Accurate IAT Readings = Consistent Performance
The OEM TMAP sensor sits directly on a hot intake manifold. As the engine warms up, the intake manifold heat soaks, causing the sensor to report hotter intake air temperatures (IATs) than the actual air entering the engine. These inflated readings trigger unnecessary timing reductions and rob your engine of power and MPG.
This IAT Sensor Relocation Harness relocates only the temperature-sensing portion of the TMAP sensor to the cold-side charge pipe. The result is accurate temperature data, consistent performance, and better-than-OEM MPG.
Compatible with all 3.3t ECU and TCU tunes from BMS, KJT, Sleepy, LAP3, Lozic and Kia/Genesis(Stock).
